1. No Return of Property
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received for a shop, office, or apartment, the transaction is considered final. Due to legal and administrative protocols involved in real estate ownership:
We do not offer returns or exchanges for purchased or booked units.
2. Refunds Before Agreement Signing
If you request a cancellation before the signing of any official sales agreement and before any documentation is submitted to the authorities, a partial refund may be possible. This will be subject to:
A written refund request
Applicable administrative or processing fee deduction
Review and approval by the management
Note: Refunds are not guaranteed unless approved by our legal team.
3. Refunds After Agreement or Allocation
Once a buyer has:
Signed the booking/allotment agreement
Received unit allocation or confirmation
Initiated a payment plan
No refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your booking voluntarily, a cancellation fee will be applied, depending on the stage of your payment and documentation process. Any approved refund will be processed within 45 business days after final approval.
5. Transfer of Booking
In special cases, the buyer may request to transfer their booking to another individual (with written consent and proper documentation). This may be subject to a nominal transfer fee.
